The second session of the KIDS-N-CO. Summer Production Camp will present Carol Viescas’ original script based on the story by Hans Christian Andersen.  Set in Imperial China, the play is steeped in palace intrigue, culminating in
near tragic results when the emperor chooses the novelty of a jeweled, mechanical bird over the healing song of the true and loyal nightingale.

Performances will be Saturday and Sunday, August 4 and 5 at 1:00 and 3:30 p.m. Kids-N-Co. Performance Center is located at 1301 Texas Ave.
Tickets are $6 for adults and $4 for children, students, seniors and active military, and are available at the door.  No advance reservations will be taken.

For more information call 351-1455.
